Michelle’s Minions Pissed After Melania’s New Platform Has Surprise They Hate

First Lady Melania Trump introduced her official platform. President Donald Trump sat among the crowd of children and parents in the White House Rose Garden as Melania took to the podium. The first lady spoke eloquently, and immediately Michelle Obama’s minions were pissed as Melania’s new platform gave them a shocking surprise they hate.

First Lady Melania Trump looked stunning as usual as she walked into the White House Rose Garden. This was the big moment she would introduce her vision of what she wanted to focus on as the first lady. President Trump was in the first row as he watched his wife explain her “BE BEST” program.

The Chicago Tribune reports, “The first lady formally launched her long-awaited initiative after more than a year of reading to children, learning about babies born addicted to drugs, and hosting a White House conversation on cyberbullying.

“As a mother and as the first lady, it concerns me that in today’s fast-paced and ever-connected world, children can be less prepared to express or manage their emotions and often times turn to forms of destructive or addictive behavior such as bullying, drug addiction or even suicide,” she said in prepared remarks.

“I feel strongly that as adults, we can and should ‘be best’ at educating our children about the importance of a healthy and balanced life,” Mrs. Trump said.

The first lady said early on that she would focus on child well-being. The goal of her public awareness campaign is to encourage parents and other adults to teach children how to be good citizens, including being kind, not bullying on social media or anywhere else, staying away from drugs, and taking care of themselves.

The campaign is unique as it will take on a three-prong approach, focusing on the issues of well-being, social media, and opioid abuse, she said.

Of course, comparisons are immediately made to other first ladies’ platforms. No other first lady has ever melded three issues into one platform. It took Melania a year of exploring different issues to come to the conclusion that these three were distinctively tied to one another.

“The first lady formally launched her long-awaited initiative after more than a year of reading to children, learning about babies born addicted to drugs and hosting a White House conversation on cyberbullying,” added the Chicago Tribune.

So what’s the beef with the first lady’s platform? Well, Franklin Graham, son of Billy Graham, pinpointed it best when he tweeted, “As @FLOTUS unveiled her platform today, she shared an important truth—There’s a difference between right & wrong. She said, ‘Let us teach our children the difference between right and wrong, and encourage them to Be Best in their individual paths in life.’”

Melania put the focus on parents as being the first and best teachers of their children, who teach them right vs. wrong, which is a biblical truth. This flies in the face of leftist thought. There is no right or wrong. There are only grey areas and feelings, and you act on your feelings as “your truth.”

Michelle Obama’s minions were out in force on social media, bashing the first lady. “Michelle Obama in 2016: Be Better —Melania Trump in 2018: Be Best— Assuming Kanye wins the presidency in 2024. Kim Kardashian in 2024: Be Bester,” tweeted Magnus Lewis.

There were numerous minions comparing Michelle’s “Be Better” statement to Melania’s “Be Best” platform. Most of the comments were despicable and mean-spirited. They also love to call out President Trump as a cyber-bully.

What they fail to acknowledge is that Trump is a counter puncher and that he uses his social media as his press corps. He counters attacks that are made on him. He’s working inside the most corrupt swamp ever in the history of this country. He’s navigating in a world where spies are murdered and anyone showing weakness loses. He isn’t considered part of our political elite, so he uses his words as weapons.

What really pisses them off is that Melania Trump is a traditional first lady, and her values are very traditional. The Christian philosophy of teaching children right vs. wrong and taking care of the sick seems to be the broader emphasis where the first lady’s platform originated.

Let the haters hate. Our first lady is dedicated to bringing traditional values back into our culture. She isn’t overwhelming in her approach. In her own way with a quiet strength, she is simply focusing on the three issues and how they impact our nation’s youth, teaching Christian kindness and charity as the way to “be best.”
