Sen. Kamala Harris faced criticism Wednesday for promoting her campaign’s gun control plan during an appearance on CNN that coincided with breaking news about the police standoff in Philadelphia in which six officers were shot, Fox News reports.
“When will it stop?” the 2020 Democratic presidential candidate from California asked CNN’s Wolf Blitzer when he asked for her reaction to the initial reports of the shooting.
As Harris related details of her plan, information about the ongoing standoff was still sketchy.
Apparently Kamala believes in her plan so much that she believes it would have stopped Wednesday’s shooting against police in Philadelphia.
“When will it stop, right? Part of my focus on what we need to do around smart gun safety laws is we have to have more enforcement around gun dealers. Wolf, 90 percent of the guns that are associated with crime are sold by just five percent of the gun dealers in the United States and so, among many plans that I have, both in the form of executive action and legislation, one of them is to put more resources into the ATF and take licenses away from gun dealers who violate the law.
And that includes a number of things, including when they’re responsible for doing background checks and not doing them.
We need Congress to act. We do not lack for good ideas. We do not lack for tragedies. The failure of Congress, however, the United States Congress, to act on passing smart gun safety laws is the issue.
So, when elected, I’ll give the United States Congress 100 days to pull their act together on this and put a bill on my desk for signature and, if they do not, I am prepared to take executive action to one, put in place a comprehensive background check requirement; two, put resources into the ATF to take the licenses from gun dealers who violate the laws; and three, to ban the importation of assault weapons.”

Kamala Harris made this interview as the shooting was still taking place. The scene was still active and the suspect was still shooting at police. Harris had no intel on the situation and she pushed her gun agenda while it was still ongoing.
Here are a few responses:
After only one (1) hour Kamala Harris started talking gun control to Wolf Blizer BEFORE the Philadelphia Police had the shooter in Philadelphia out yet or BEFORE all the cops were OUT of their respective hospital yet !
I know that Harris wants to be the President but hey wait .
