WATCH: 9/11 Speaker Blasts Omar’s Callousness Of ‘Some People Did Something’

A man who spoke at today’s 18th 9/11 Memorial had a very personal message for Rep. Ilhan Omar. In fact, Nicholas Haros Jr. had lost his beloved mother on 9/11, and he took Omar to task right on live TV. Righteously angry at the Minnesota Congresswomen’s comment that “some people did something,” Haros slammed her and declared, “That’s what some people did. Got that now?” But he was just getting warmed up. You don’t want to miss this.

For Americans, the 9/11 attack was a defining moment for a generation who only heard stories about our country at war. We all took it immensely personal, the same way our grandparents and great-grandparents who fought and lived through World War II felt.

American soil was attacked, and the last time that had happened was Pearl Harbor. On September 11, 2001, all Americans stopped what they were doing. We all huddled in living rooms across the country watching on TV as the horrendous tragedy unfolded. No longer were we divided by political party. We were all just Americans, and we all felt the same pain and anger.

So, when Ilhan Omar was caught addressing the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and laughingly said “some people did something,” Americans were livid.

Nicholas Haros Jr. was really incensed, and who can blame him? His mother was murdered on 9/11 by Islamic terrorists. Well, Haros finally got his chance to blast the Muslim Congresswoman, and fittingly it was on the 18th anniversary of 9/11.

“Listen. ‘Some people did something,’” he said, pointing to his shirt.

“I am here today to honor my 76-year-old mother Francis on the solemn 18th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Mom, we all miss you and love you very much. This day I also remember over 200 personal friends and co-workers that I knew, that died,” he said, before addressing Omar’s callous remarks directly.

“‘Some people did something’ said a freshman congresswoman from Minnesota to support and justify the creation of CAIR. Today I am here to respond to you exactly who did what to whom,” he said.

“Madam, objectively speaking, we know who and what was done. There is no uncertainty about that,” he said, questioning her confusion.

“On that day, 19 Islamic terrorists, members of Al Qaeda, killed over 3,000 people and caused billions in dollars of economic damage. Is that clear?” he asked.

“But as to whom? I was attacked. Your relatives and friends were attacked. Our constitutional freedoms were attacked, and our nation’s founding on Judeo-Christian principles were attacked. That’s what some people did. Got that now?” he continued.

“We are here today, Congresswoman, to tell you and the ‘Squad’ just who did what to whom. Show respect in honoring them, please,” he concluded.

Omar tweeted about the attacks on Wednesday around the same time Haros was making his remarks, though it wasn’t immediately clear if Omar’s tweet was in response to his words.

“September 11th was an attack on all of us,” she wrote. “We will never forget the thousands of Americans who lost their lives in the largest terror attack on U.S. soil. I will continue to fight to make sure we care for the first responders and families who lost loved ones. #NeverForget.”

Rep. Omar is constantly bragging about being one of the first Muslim women in Congress. She has the perfect opportunity to disavow all Islamic extremists. In fact, some might say she has a duty as a member of Congress to denounce terror groups like Hamas.

“Omar actually equated Israel – the only true democracy in the Middle East and a close American ally – with Hamas, a designated Palestinian terrorist organization,” Fox News reports.

Omar also wrote letters pleading for “compassion” for nine Somali men in Minnesota who were caught joining ISIS. “A long-term prison sentence for one who chose violence to combat direct marginalization is a statement that our justice system misunderstands the guilty,” Omar wrote to the judge.

“The desire to commit violence is not inherent to people — it is the consequences of systematic alienation; people seek violent solutions when the process established for enacting change is inaccessible to them,” Omar added.

Let’s be clear. Since the 9/11 attacks, most Americans have become quite educated on what drives individuals to join an Islamic terror group. It’s not “direct marginalization” or “systematic alienation,” which Omar quotes and which are straight from the book of Communist leader Karl Marx.

It’s becoming indoctrinated by Islamism, which is defined as Islamic militancy or fundamentalism. It’s really pretty simple. Omar is part of the new far-left which we see radical Islamists have an alliance with Socialists and Communists. It’s why Commie-lover Bernie Sanders just named Linda Sarsour, a radical Islamist, as a surrogate for his campaign.

So, eighteen years after 9/11, America is faced with the enemy within. Islamic extremists and radical leftists have joined forces to destroy America. They want to destroy American capitalism and replace it with a central government that owns you. That’s why we all must stand with true patriots like Nicholas Haros, Jr. today and call out people like Rep. Omar, who hate America and are working to see our way of life annihilated once and for all.
